The price of subscriptions is TTC, however the price of call minutes is displayed tax-free.
We do not offer a refund for the subscription, however if you change your mind within 24 hours after purchasing your subscription, we can study your request and respond favorably if it seems justified.
Yes, you can freely change your subscription. If you switch to a higher plan you will have direct access to the benefits of the subscription. If you switch to a lower subscription, you will keep the benefits of your current subscription until the end of your subscription period.
Yes, if you do not use the included call minutes in your subscription, you will keep them and you will be able to use them as long as you remain subscribed to Jetcall.
