1. Introduction
These General Terms of Use (GTU) govern the use of JetCall, an online platform that enables professionals to benefit from a personalized AI voice agent for call management and integration with various tools (Google Calendar, OpenTable, Shopify, etc.). By registering and using JetCall, you fully accept these terms of use.
2. Service Mission
JetCall allows professionals to access a personalized AI voice agent tailored to their brand and business information. The service is designed to be user-friendly, requiring no prior technical knowledge, and is offered at an affordable price.
3. Registration and Service Access
Registration on JetCall can be done in two ways:
1. Via a form: Fill out a form with your email and phone number. You will receive an SMS to verify your number.
2. Via Google: Quick registration via Google with no additional verification or phone number required.
Users do not need identity verification, and JetCall is intended for professionals but accessible to everyone, including individuals.
4. Service Usage
• Access to JetCall is provided through the online platform jetcall.app. Currently, there is no API or mobile app available.
• Restrictions: You agree not to use JetCall for illegal or immoral purposes. Registration is prohibited for anyone directly or indirectly associated with a competing business of JetCall.
• Voice Cloning: This feature is only available for users on the Business plan.
5. Call Recordings and Transcripts
• Access to recordings and transcripts: Users have access to voice recordings of their calls as well as their transcripts. This information is confidential.
• Use of transcripts by JetCall: JetCall reserves the right to access call transcripts for the sole purpose of improving its services. This includes full traceability of all actions related to call transcripts. These analyses help enhance the service and detect misuse. JetCall commits to never sharing transcripts or using them for purposes other than analysis and verifying compliance with the GTU.
6. Responsibilities and Obligations
• JetCall guarantees service availability provided the user has sufficient credit balance and a paid subscription. If these conditions are not met, the service will be paused.
• The service is paused after 3 days of non-payment and data is deleted after 30 days without payment.
• We offer 7-day-a-week support from 8 AM to 8 PM, as well as an online help page and video tutorials.
• You are responsible for the use of your phone number and calls generated by your account. In case of legal requests, authorities will have access to necessary information.
• Limitations: JetCall is not responsible for the performance of its voice AI provider (ElevenLabs) and cannot be held liable for issues with their service. Additionally, we are not responsible for user abuse or overuse.
7. Prohibited Activities
JetCall refuses to provide services to clients whose activities involve:
• Sexual content, except for independent creators on platforms such as OnlyFans, MYM, etc.
• Financial advisory services, due to the inability of AI agents to provide valid financial advice.
• Weapons, espionage, scams, romance scams, or any illegal activity.
• High-risk political connotations.
8. Intellectual Property
• JetCall holds all intellectual property rights to the source code, interface, design, and content. However, voice AI is managed by ElevenLabs, and integrations are the responsibility of third parties.
• Users cannot create content on JetCall, but features will be added in the future. Cloned voices are confidential and belong to the client but are managed by ElevenLabs.
9. Service Modifications
JetCall reserves the right to modify, improve, or suspend service features at any time to optimize user experience. We will notify you of these changes via email.
10. Duration, Termination, and Suspension
• The subscription duration is 1 month.
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued.
• In case of abuse, hacking attempts, or GTU violations, JetCall may suspend or delete a user account without refund.
11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
• The service is governed by French law.
• In case of disputes, parties will first attempt an amicable resolution. If unsuccessful, a mediator may be involved.
